Before you escape to nature and unwind at Kolkol Mountain Lodge, here are a few important details to keep things smooth and stress-free. No legal jargon overload—just the essentials to ensure an amazing stay!

The Basics

Please note, we do not accept WISE payments.
A Friday and Saturday night has to be booked together. No check-outs or check-ins on Saturdays.
Check-in time is 15:00 – Check-Out time is 11:00
*Be sure to check the mid-week specials if you book 2 or more nights from a Sunday to a Thursday.
Please, no low-profile tyres.
So sorry, no pets allowed.

Liability

KolKol Mountain Lodge, its owners, and its personnel will not be liable (or held responsibly) for any damages, loss, or injury that results from the use of facilities at KolKol Mountain lodge. Facilities used and entering the premises is at their own risk.

*Drone Use Policy and Disclaimer

At KolKol Mountain Lodge, we strive to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To balance the enjoyment of drone enthusiasts with the privacy and safety of other guests, as well as to comply with the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) regulations, we ask that all guests who wish to fly drones adhere to the following guidelines:

Respect Privacy: Do not fly drones over or near other guests, guest rooms, or private areas. Maintain a respectful distance to ensure the privacy of all guests is protected. Be mindful of the noise generated by your drone. Avoid flying early in the morning or late in the evening to minimise disturbance to other guests.

Follow all SACAA regulations by flying below 120 meters and at least 50 meters away from people, buildings or roads. Drones may not be flown at night.
